Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a stores person to ensure a smooth running of our stores located at the Virgin Atlantic hangar, LHR.
*Booking items into AB-GSE’s inventory system (Quantum) following AB-GSE’s booking in procedure
*Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.
*Stock Checking inventory, (Monthly)
*A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs
*Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards.
*Co-ordinate internal Consumable Repairs/Soft Furnishings, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.
*Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when items needed.
*Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.
*Daily Shuttle runs to off- site facility.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
*Full UK Driving License
Preferred Experience
*Stores experience essential, preferably within the aviation industry
*Delivery driving experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles

*Must be flexible
*Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritise.
Aircraft Cabin Technician

Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for multi skilled Aircraft Cabin Technician’s to carry out maintenance tasks on the following A/C Types – A330-300/B787-900/A350-1000. Carpet Change/A/C Seats/Galleys/Tedlar Repair/Soft Furnishing task cards to be carried out daily.
*Technicians are expected to apply sound engineering practices to their duties and to fully communicate their actions.
*Ensure that all maintenance tasks are accomplished to the correct standard of Airworthiness.
*Adherence to all EASA regulations, company procedures, airport regulations, including Health & Safety
Qualifications & Education Requirements
Applicants must have served an Aircraft Apprenticeship and have at least 2 years’ experience working in an Aircraft Cabin environment.
Current Human Factors, EWIS papers desirable

Duties
*Core role responsibilities are to perform maintenance and repairs to ULD (unit loading devices) and Nets
*Work well with others and maintain composure during busy periods.
*Adheres to and enforces all safety and security guidelines.
*There will be requirements to repair covers and roll cargo straps.
*Component removal and replacement.
*Cutting and grinding aluminium.
*Solid and Blind Rivet installation and removal
*Straightening and replacement of pallet edge rails and fitting and replacement of corners.
*Replacement of new extrusion.
*Repair and Replace composite material including vulcanising
*Use of basic hand power tools and air tools.
*Welding and Forklift operation maybe required – Training provided if necessary.
